At Esim Go fly, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. This refund policy describes the circumstances under which we offer refunds for our eSIM plans.
1. Refund Eligibility
Non-activated eSIM plans: If you have not yet activated your eSIM plan (i.e., you have not started using the data), you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
Activated eSIM plans: Once you have activated your eSIM plan (by scanning the QR code or installing the eSIM profile), it is generally not eligible for a refund as the service has begun to be provided.
2. Exceptional Refund Cases
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent the use of our services, and our support teams are unable to resolve these issues.
- Insufficient network coverage: If the service is not available in a region where we have explicitly stated that coverage was available.
- Billing errors: If you have been incorrectly charged for our services.
3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally not granted in the following cases:
- When you have fully or partially used your data plan.
- When you have purchased a plan for a country or region that you no longer visit.
- When your device is not compatible with eSIM technology (it is your responsibility to check compatibility before purchase).
- When you have simply changed your mind or made a purchase by mistake.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service on our contact page with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- The order number or purchase reference
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
5. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The credit will appear on your bank statement within an additional 7-14 days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you to agree on an alternative refund method.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Refund requests will be processed according to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
